Following an investigation by the Metropolitan Police, former legal officer Kudzaishe Pamela Chiriseri has been named as a suspect for the theft of author funds.
Having failed to attend a voluntary police interview Kudzaishe Pamela Chiriseri was circulated wanted person.

All former members of the board have resigned and have co-operated fully with the police investigation. A new interim director has been appointed until a liquidator can take over.

All authors will be contacted in due course about the release or transfer of their publishing rights.

Following this theft by former company officer, Kudzaishe Pamela Chiriseri, the company LR Publishing London Ltd, formerly known as LR Price Publications Ltd, has applied to be struck off and dissolved.
The registrar will proceed unless there is reasonable cause not to. Upon dissolution, any assets remaining in the company will be passed to the Crown. Guidance is available on the grounds for objection. If in doubt, seek professional advice.
